  •  What do I wear?!
Comfortable, easy to move in clothes are best. The moves are for every woman, so
there are no advanced moves that will be taught requiring short shorts.
No rings, no lotion, no shoes, no stripping!

  • Is there an age limit?
We have managed to get great-grandmothers on the pole! However, there needs
to be a parent/guardian present for anyone age 16-17, and it has to be OK'd by
everyone attending the party for comfort. Sorry, no one under 16! Our best parties
have been ladies ages 25-75!

  • Do I have to be fit?
Fitness is not an issue! We do have a warm up and stretch portion in the beginning
so that you won't be too sore the next day, but the moves we have are for anyone.
We can modify moves if you have knee or back problems, and we encourage ladies
to go within their own personal limits.

  • What if I'm a 'healthy' girl?
We like healthy girls! That's why we have sturdy stage poles you can request, so
please don't let that stop you! Based on our party statistics, the curvier the girl, the
sexier the moves look!

  • How long is the party?
Set up time takes about 30 minutes. We start the instructing the time that you
request when you are setting up the party details- please be ready to start on time.
It can last 2- 2 1/2 hours, sometimes longer with more than 12 girls.

  • I have friends that may want to just watch- is that okay?
We encourage all ladies to participate- keep in mind that there might be someone
at your party that really needs to try this, and yet may stop if there are spectators-
EVERYONE JOINS!

  • I may need some "liquid confidence"- is it okay to drink?
We like to have a toast before the instruction begins! More than one drink tends to
make women think they are Super Girl and do something with tainted judgement.
Ladies who drink far more than a couple...well, they usually stop talking to anyone
they've ever known due to something they attempted... Our parties are so worth
staying alert, and we don't allow super tipsy gals to participate.

  • What is the price of a party?
A standard Girls Night for 10-12 ladies is $350. Please call/email if you have less
than 10 or more than 12. *** If it's a Bachelorette, we get the details of your evening
before determining the price.

  • Why do you charge for a "home party"?
We do bring t-shirts you can purchase, as well as information for purchasing a
pole, but we do not rely on sales for our income. Instructors get paid to instruct,
and we are pretty entertaining too!

  • Is the hostess required to pay the full amount?
Payment is up to the hostess. Most parties are split between the ladies- it's
suggested to send an invitation out with a fee required with the RSVP- that has
worked wonderful for every party that has done it that way. It's strongly advised to
collect payment from friends as soon as they agree to come so that if they don't
make it, you are covered for the evening.

  • Is there a deposit to secure the date I want?
Of course! There is a $50 deposit that can be made via PayPal, or you can mail a
personal check. Your party will not be definite without it! It is refundable if the party
is cancelled with a 2 weeks' notice. If you have an emergency situation arise, we
just ask that you reschedule your party within 60 days!
